- No. After we talk, we build a private preview of your new site. You pay nothing unless you approve it.
- What if I change my mind on Everything?
- Ask within 30 days of your site going live, and we refund your setup fee and first month.
- Can I cancel Everything?
- Yes, anytime, with 30 days' notice and nothing more to pay. Your domain, text, and photos stay yours. The website comes down, unless you want to keep it. To keep it in your first year, you buy it for $100 for each month left. After 12 months, it's yours at no extra cost.
- Can I cancel AI call answering?
- Yes, anytime, with 30 days' notice. Your first month isn't refundable once setup has started.
- Who pays for hosting on a pay-once website?
- The first year is included. After that it's $120 a year, or we hand the site over to you.
- Can I add AI to a website you built?
- Yes, for $99/mo with no setup fee, the same price as anyone else. Upkeep is optional at $75/mo.
- What does monthly SEO include?
- Every month we check your site and Google listing, fix small problems, and send you a short report. Nobody can honestly promise a specific ranking, and we don't.
- How big can my website be?
- As many pages as a typical local business needs. Online stores and custom apps get a separate written quote.
- Who owns my domain?
- You do, on every plan. Your domain stays in your name.
- What if I run out of AI minutes?
- Extra minutes are $0.30 each. We warn you at 80%, and won't charge past an agreed limit without your approval.
- Are there any other fees?
- Only what's on this page. Your domain's yearly renewal goes to the company it's registered with, and sales tax is added if it applies. You see the exact scope and total in writing before you pay anything.
